Shipping
Delivery and shipping are handled by Elamsovin. Every package comes with track & trace and is completely free for you, the customer.
Your package will be shipped by us within 3-8 days. The package is sent directly from the supplier, which is more economical for you as a customer. This may mean that it takes a little longer for you to receive your package than you might be used to from other providers.
The delivery time is 8-25 business days. Saturdays are counted as working days. To accommodate you, we do not charge any shipping costs and cover them completely for you. Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary.
Orders with 2 or more products
If you order two or more products, it is possible that these products will be delivered in separate shipments. This may be due to availability, logistical considerations, or shipping from different warehouses. We ask you not to email and to wait until the specified delivery time has passed.
Returns
Not completely satisfied with the product you received? Of course, you can return it. You can always return your order within 30 days!
Is your product broken? Then a return is often not even necessary; we'll simply send you a new one! Due to the country of origin, additional costs may apply.
All return costs are to be borne by the customer. Elamsovin assumes no responsibility for the loss of returns. We do not provide return labels, nor do we cover the cost of return shipping. These expenses are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Style, Size, and Photo Changes
Once you have placed your order, you agree that it is a personalized product that immediately goes into production, and no further changes are possible.
Address Changes
Please note that slight size variations may occur when ordering. We recommend choosing one size larger to ensure a comfortable fit.
Please also note that colors and appearance may differ slightly from the original photos due to differences in lighting and the professional studio environment where the photos were taken.
Consequently, no further changes or modifications can be made once the product is being prepared or shipped. We thank you for your understanding and agreement to this policy.
Damaged or Incorrectly Printed Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrectly printed, we offer a free reprint and reshipment. Please contact us via our contact form and include a photo of the item as well as your order number. We will arrange the reprint and send you the item within seven business days.
Insured Shipping
With our shipping insurance, available for only €2.95, you are fully covered. Should your order be damaged, lost, or stolen during transit, we will send you a new order free of charge.
Please note that damaged or incorrectly printed items can only be replaced within 45 days of the original order date. After this period, Elamsovin cannot assume responsibility for a replacement.
Hygiene Products
Hygiene items are excluded from the right of return due to the spread of infections and diseases. Once hygiene items such as care products and bras are used, we cannot accept returns of the products.
An exception applies if the products are unused and in their original packaging. Please send us a photo as proof.
Please note that the design, size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color, or image is selected and shipped to you, Elamsovin is not responsible for replacing these items.
Disclaimer for Product Images
Please note that while we strive to accurately photograph and describe our products in detail, due to changes in screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that every photo in production will accurately reflect the true color of the goods. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the color, material, or size of an item.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will gladly replace it and ensure your order reaches you. If you do not wish for the package to be replaced, we must wait 14 days before refunding the order, in case the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will regularly check in with your order during the two weeks to track its progress and keep you informed.
Cancellations/Returns
Once you place your order, you agree that it is a personalized product that immediately goes into production and no further changes are possible. Before the order goes into production or is shipped, it can still be canceled. If canceled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with the products received and wish to return them, please send an email to qzaqklfglwg@hotmail.com so we can provide you with our return address or discuss the issue with our customer service team. Emails will be answered within 48 hours.
