Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. You must notify us by email or phone and state the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 7 days.

1. Registering your return
To register your return, simply contact qzaqklfglwg@hotmail.com. Our customer service team will process your return as soon as possible. Still no response to your email within 24-48 hours? Most likely, it has already been answered, so we ask you to check your spam folder. Our reply might have ended up there! Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
2. Preparing your product
Pack the product you are returning properly and securely, preferably in its original packaging. Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.
3. Sending us your package
Send the package (with Track & Trace) to the return address described here:

4. Have the purchase amount refunded to your account
A full refund will be processed via the original payment method after we receive your return. If possible, items should be returned in their original condition and as undamaged as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the payment method you used. The purchase amount will be credited to your bank account or other payment method within two business days.
Please note: Always contact our customer service before returning your order. Orders returned without prior contact cannot be refunded.
Hygiene items
A list of hygiene items that cannot be returned and are non-refundable (the list is not exhaustive): underwear, bikini, make-up, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and, for the safety of our customers, reject returns of beauty and health products.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Wrong product received: If you accidentally received the wrong product, please also contact us to receive the correct item at no additional cost.
Item not received
If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate the situation and find a suitable solution. Your order may still be in transit. Check our shipping policy here and check the status of your order on our tracking page.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of your order is only possible up to 5 minutes after placing the order. After 3 hours, our orders are stopped from processing, and unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible.
